OEM / ODM Process
From your artwork to a packed carton. Typical development cycle for a custom-branded order.
You send the model, quantity target, logo files and packaging idea. We confirm feasibility and price.
We produce a digital proof and, when needed, a physical sample with your branding for approval.
Production starts after deposit. Progress photos are shared at assembly and packing stages.
Goods are packed, documented and dispatched by air express, air cargo or sea freight.
Shipping & Payment
We quote the freight together with the goods so you know the landed cost before you commit.
Air Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
Best for samples and trial orders. Door-to-door, typically 5–9 working days depending on destination.
Air Cargo
For medium volumes. Airport to airport or door delivery, usually 8–15 days plus local clearance.
Sea Freight
For bulk orders to Africa and Latin America. Lowest cost per unit, 25–40 days depending on the port.
Payment Terms
Bank transfer (T/T) or Western Union. Deposit before production, balance before shipment — terms confirmed on the PI.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model. Trial orders and sample orders are accepted so you can check quality before committing to a bulk order — tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is possible.
Can you print our logo on the product and packaging?
Yes. OEM service covers logo printing on the device or case, custom retail box, custom manual language and custom accessories. We provide a proof before mass production starts.
How long is production and delivery?
Stock models usually leave the warehouse within a few working days after payment. Custom-branded orders need production time that we confirm on the PI. Transit is 5–9 days by express, 8–15 days by air cargo or 25–40 days by sea.
Do you provide warranty and after-sales support?
Yes. Dead-on-arrival units are replaced in the next shipment after verification with photos or video. Warranty terms are written into the PI so both sides know the scope.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes. Mixed models and mixed colours are accepted, which is how most of our African and Latin American buyers build their first container.
How do I get the wholesale price list?
Send an inquiry with the models you are interested in and your target quantity. Prices are quoted per order because they depend on model, quantity, branding and shipping method.
